No. XIRI only provides commercial janitorial services. We do not clean homes, apartments, or residential properties. All referrals must be for commercial or institutional buildings.
A minimum of $500 per building, paid in stages: $100 when you join us for the building walkthrough, then $400 when the cleaning contract goes live. Plus a $50/month recurring bonus for as long as the contract remains active. There is no cap on referrals.
