Frequency depends on plant species and placement. Most office plants are watered 1–2 times per week. High-light lobby plants or large tropicals may need more frequent attention. Your care team sets the schedule based on each plant's specific needs.
We focus on care and maintenance. If you need new plants, your FSM can coordinate sourcing and installation through our vendor network — including recommending low-maintenance species suited to your facility's lighting conditions.
Our proactive monitoring catches most issues before a plant dies. If replacement is needed, your FSM coordinates sourcing and replanting so there's no gap in your greenery. Replacement plants are billed as a line item on your regular invoice.
